Mumbai: Filmmaker Nag Ashwin’s Telugu action-adventure film kalki 2898 ad will be available on Prime Video from August 22, 2024. The global streaming premiere for the magnum opus has already been highly anticipated by fans. The film is brought to life by talented artists such as Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani under the direction of the creative Nag Ashwin.

Vijayanthi Movies produced it under Priyanka Dutt, C Aswani Dutt and Swapna Dutt. After a record-breaking theatrical run in India, the movie will be streaming on August 22 on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories. It will have its original Telugu version with dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam with English subtitles. Kalki 2989 AD happens to be one of the latest additions to Prime membership.
This is the first part of Kalki Cinematic Universe that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2898 AD where there is no nature and darkness prevails.
